Does this include the project file?
No, we use our proprietary software and do not provide project files.
Do you offer any revision services?
No, this is an automated service, and we do not offer revisions.
What if I don't like the edit?
If the edit is technically correct, this is the final product. For technical issues, we offer a full refund.
I couldn’t download the export in time – what can I do?
We do not keep an archive of exports. You’ll need to use credit to re-edit the project.
Can I use my own logo or music?
